    通过API `get_all_neighbors` 获取所有相邻节点时，指定节点的存储格式。

    - **OutputFormat.NORMAL** - 普通格式，不进行压缩。
    - **OutputFormat.COO** - 采用COO（Coordinate）格式进行存储。
    - **OutputFormat.CSR** - 采用CSR（Compressed Sparse Row）格式进行存储。
