Computes inverse hyperbolic tangent of the input element-wise.

x (CSRTensor) – Input CSRTensor. The shape is \((N, *)\) where \(*\) means, any number of additional dimensions. The data type should be one of the following types: float16, float32.

A CSRTensor, has the same type as the input.
